Prairie Knights Casino and Resort

Tickets available for sale may be purchased daily from Guest Services at Prairie Knights. Tickets are also available at select Dan's Supermarkets in Bismarck, Mandan and Dickinson or by calling Star Tickets PLUS at 1-800-585-3737. You can also purchase tickets online by visiting StarTicketsPLUS.com.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets are also subject to a convenience fee.

Prairie Knights
Guest Services sells tickets from 10am to 10pm daily. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express debit cards. There are two ATMs conveniently located in the building.

Event Days: Tickets are available at Guest Services throughout the day. The Pavilion box office is open from 10am to 10pm daily.

Will Call Tickets
Will Call tickets are tickets that have been purchased with a credit card either over the phone or Internet and are being held at Prairie Knights for you to pick up. On event days, Will Call tickets are available at the Pavilion box office three (3) hours prior to the event start time. A valid photo ID is needed to pick up tickets. If you have purchased tickets but cannot be present at the event, you may sell or give your tickets to another party. You must call Guest Services and let us know the name of the party that will be picking up the tickets. We will not release tickets to anyone other than the person noted on the ticket order.

Dan's SuperMarkets
Tickets are available at the following locations of Dan's Supermarket:
Bismarck-Mandan: Dan's North Store, Dan's South Washington Store, Dan's Mandan Store
Dickinson: Dan's North Store

Ticket sales hours at Dan's are 10am to 10pm at the customer service counter. Dan's accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, as well as Visa, MasterCard and Discover debit cards. There is also an ATM conveniently located in each Dan's store.

Star Tickets PLUS
For credit card orders by phone, call Star Tickets PLUS at 1-800-585-3737 from 7am to 11pm seven days a week. Star Tickets PLUS also handles Prairie Knights' online ticket sales at StarTicketsPLUS.com. Star Tickets PLUS will mail your tickets to you unless purchased within 10 days of the event. In this case your tickets will be available at Prairie Knights' Will Call. Please see the Will Call information above.

Children
All events are open to all ages unless otherwise noted. Everyone must have a ticket.

Wheelchair accessible seating is available at all events. Availability of locations is dependent upon event seating. For availability and exact locations, please contact Guest Services at 1-800-425-8277. A companion seat is available next to the accessible seat. Everyone must have a ticket.
