Reports to: Guest Services Supervisor
Scope: Responsible for the highest standard of customer service including greeting customers, establishing a relationship with customers and enrolling customers in the casino club.
Qualifications:
Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for a “Key” Tribal Gaming License.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
Experience: Previous Customer Service or PR position (i.e., retail, sales, food service): data entry.
Skills & Abilities: Must be comfortable approaching people, speaking with strangers and able to calmly and effectively handle conflict and problem solving during high conflict situations. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the work place.
Physical: Requires being on feet most of the shift; walking, bending, repetitive motions, reaching, sitting, standing, finger dexterity.
