Reports to: Sous Chef

Scope: To ensure buffet is stocked with fresh product at all times, and to ensure the organization and cleanliness of the buffet.



Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must qualify for a “Non-Gaming” Tribal Gaming License.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Experience: Some culinary experience preferred, customer service related. A minimum of 1 year in a food preparation position preferred.

Physical: Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length. Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 50 pounds in weight. Subject to wet floors and temperature extremes.
