Reports to: Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor
Scope: Responsible for serving customers in a timely, courteous and professional manner while ensuring that the entire dining experience exceeds the customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for a "non-gaming" license.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Food and Beverage service experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities: Must be able to preform basic arithmetic calculations. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Physical: Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
