From professional to personal, elegant to intimate, corporate to festive, any gathering can be accommodated ideally in the conference and banquet facilities at Prairie Knights Casino & Resort. The ambiance of our Native American décor creates a certain atmosphere only available at Priarie Knights Casino. Located on the main floor of the Lodge, our flexible, multi-function facilities are perfect for meetings, receptions or private parties, large or small. The Pavilion can accommodate even larger banquets, conferences and parties, up to 750 people. Prairie Knights Casino provides support services necessary for meetings, including Internet connection and audio-visual equipment such as sound systems, TV/DVD and projectors. We offer a wide variety of dining options, and we can also customize a menu to fit your event and your budget.

We offer several different set-up options depending on the purpose, size and tone of your gathering. Six-foot tables seat three per side, eight-foot tables seat five per side, and round tables seat ten.

formal Formal Style - For formal dining events, the full banquet room can be set up for 170 people, with 17 round tables, each seating 10 people. This set-up can include live cooking stations, buffets, a bar and a dance floor.
theather Theater Style - For seminars and lectures, the full banquet room can be set up for 200 people, with chairs only, all facing a podium or overhead screen at the front of the room.
classroom Classroom Style - For seminars and lectures that might require note taking or writing, the full banquet room can be set up for 150 people, with rows of tables and chairs, all facing the front of the room.
ushape U-Shape Style - This set-up is for presentations that also require some interaction among the members of the audience. The U-shape set-up allows audience members to view the front of the room or each other with comfort.
fishbone Fishbone Style - For variety and convenience try our fishbone set-up. In the full banquet room, it can seat 150 people.
hollow Hollow Square Style - The hollow square style set-up is for meetings and conferences requiring discussion and exchange of ideas.

Each set-up option can be used in the full room or the half room. Variations and combinations of these basic set-ups are also available. For example, your event may call for several round tables and a long rectangular head table. Or perhaps you want your theater style set up with two halves facing the center instead of all facing forward. We'll be happy to work with you to find the set-up design that will best fit your needs.

Equipment and Accessories (available for rent):
Dance floor, microphone, Internet connection, big screen TV with DVD, dry erase board with markers, fax machine, conference phone, copy machine, overhead with screen, extension cords, electric stapler, flip chart with markers and podium (no charge). If your event requires equipment or accessories not on this list, let us know, and we will make every effort to get it for you.

Food and Beverage Options:
Cash bar, hosted bar, buffet style dining, full service dining or pasta stations with cook.

Decorating Options:
Seasonal decorations and centerpieces. You also have the option of doing your own decorating.

Room Rental Rate:
Full Banquet Room: $200 per day / $160 Govt.
Half Banquet Room: $100 per day / $80 Govt.
Hunters Club: $100 per day / $80 Govt.
Prairieview: $100 per day / $80 Govt.
Badlands: $100 per day / $80 Govt.
Tatanka: $100 per day / $80 Govt.
Pavilion: Full Pavilion - $500 per day, Half Pavilion - $300 per day Our room rental will be waived for the full and half banquet and Hunters Club if there is $300 in food and beverage sales. Rental will be waived for the Pavilion if there is $1,000 in food and beverage sales.

Other Room Options:
The Hunters Club can be made available for gatherings of 20 to 75 people at a rental rate of $80. The Hunters Club is available for meetings and conferences from 7am to 4pm, daily. Tables can be arranged to suit your needs. Suites in our Lodge can be set up for small meetings or breakout sessions from larger meetings at the rental rate of $120. Our Conference Room and Breakout Room each have a rental rate of $80.
